• Four to six competing teams of two to four    delegates per team

• Guided by the business process, each team makes    their own input decisions

• Analyzes their own simulated company performance

• Over repetitive cycles, teams analyze and compare    their results to each other. Then, using those    techniques, compare and analyze real company
   business results
